An open grassy area is perfect for a game of volleyball, a casual kickaround, or lawn games like ladder ball and giant Jenga. Throughout the property, you’ll also find hammocks, swinging chairs, and quiet seating nooks (available seasonally) — ideal for both play and peaceful moments.
The covered porch serves as a meeting and dining space adjacent to the sights and sounds of the river. The space can accommodate up to 20 people.
